Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate our website and manage inquiries. Form submissions are processed and stored through HubSpot. We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and whether the site produces inquiries. Our providers may handle information only as needed to deliver their services to us and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Data sharing and mobile consent

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Text messaging program

If you choose to opt in, the Get Found HVAC messaging program may include customer-care messages that answer questions and provide support, as well as marketing messages such as special offers, discounts, or information about our services. We only send the types of messages you explicitly agree to receive through our opt-in process. Messages are sent from (602) 755-6711.

• You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We will send a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Analytics and cookies

We record when an audit form is completed, but we do not send the information entered into that form to Google Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. How long we keep it
